The School offers the following degree programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

      ·        BS (CS)     Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

4 Years Degree program

130 Credits hours spread over 8 semesters.

Eligibility:       F.Sc (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical)

                        Intermediate in General Science, Computer Science, Commerce or Equivalent.

Equivalent to MCS/M.Sc Computer Science (16 years education)

      ·        BS (Telecom)  Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication

4 Years Degree program

130 Credits hours spread over 8 semesters.

Eligibility:       F.Sc (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical)

                        Intermediate in General Science, Computer Science, Commerce or Equivalent.

       ·        MS (CS)   Master of Science in Computer Science

                        36 Credits hours.

Eligibility:       BS (CS) 4 Years Degree Program (Min 130 credit hours), or Computer Science Conversion Course 2 years Degree Program – Min 72 Credit hours as MCS or M.Sc in Computer Science

Equivalent to M.Phil (18 years education)

•          MCS         Master of Science in Computer Science (Conversion Course)

                        76 Credits hours plus thesis (software project).

Eligibility:       BA/B.Sc Program in any of the discipline: Math, Physics, Computer Science, Commerce, Stats, Economics, and Bachelors of Engineering

Equivalent to BS (CS)/M.Sc Computer Science – 16 years education)

Admission Criteria

The eligibility criteria for admission in the bachelor courses is intermediate / A levels or equivalent, and for relevant master courses BS(CS)/BA/B.Sc or equivalent and an entrance examination for all eligible candidates. All other admission requirements of NCBA&E have to be fulfilled and the decision of the admission committee shall be final.

Degree Requirements

The minimum degree requirement for bachelor programs is 2.5 CGPA and for master programs is 3.00 CGPA.
